What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with the Finance Director to drive budgeting, accounting, and strategic financial initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver board-level presentations and executive insights
  • Confidently tackle complex financial and operational questions
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts
  • Mentor and grow a small team (1-2 direct reports over time)
  • Leverage ERP systems (Deltek preferred, others welcomed)

What You Bring

· CPA (required)

· Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)

· 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance

· Proven experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards

· Strong executive presence-you're confident, articulate, and influential

· Leadership mindset with prior supervisory experience

· Background in government environments = major plus

Compensation

· $115K - $145K+ base (flexible for the right candidate)
